Privacy notice

Clarity Waypoint Studio Limited (“we”) is the data controller for personal information collected through claritywaypoint.click and during enrolment in our training.

What we collect

Inquiry forms may collect your name, email address, programme interest, preferred timing, and message content. When you enrol we may also collect billing details, attendance notes, and chart examples you voluntarily share for review.

Purpose

We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule sessions, deliver mentorship feedback, issue receipts, and meet legal record-keeping duties. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Inquiry emails are typically retained for up to twenty-four months. Enrolment and invoice records are retained for seven years where required for accounting. Mentorship chart packs you submit may be kept for the duration of the engagement plus six months unless you ask us to delete them sooner where law allows.

Your rights

Subject to Hong Kong law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold, and you may withdraw consent for optional communications. Contact info@claritywaypoint.click to make a request.

International transfers

Our studio operates in Hong Kong. If a service provider (for example an email host) processes data in another jurisdiction, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
