Services described

We provide educational training in volume profile and market structure mapping through intensives, private sessions, mentorship, and clinics. Content on this site is informational. It is not investment advice, a solicitation to trade, or a guarantee of trading results.

Intellectual property

Workbooks, chart packs, curriculum outlines, and site copy remain the intellectual property of Clarity Waypoint Studio Limited unless stated otherwise. You may use materials provided to you for personal study. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish them without written permission.

Accounts and conduct

When attending sessions, you agree to treat fellow participants and instructors respectfully and to keep other participants’ chart examples confidential unless they give permission to share.

Liability

Training discusses historical and hypothetical chart examples. Trading involves risk of loss. To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions you make after attending. Our aggregate liability arising from a paid programme is limited to the fees you paid for that programme.

Website availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Forms submit to a mock endpoint for demonstration of client-side handling; confirmed bookings occur through direct studio communication.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our training services, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
