Refunds & rescheduling

This policy applies to paid training with Clarity Waypoint Studio Limited: Volume Profile Intensive, Market Structure Mapping sessions, Chart Review Mentorship, and the Weekend Structure Clinic.

Eligibility window

Written cancellation received at least fourteen (14) days before the first scheduled session of an Intensive or Clinic is eligible for a full refund of fees paid, minus any non-refundable deposit stated on your confirmation. Cancellations between thirteen and seven days before start may receive a fifty percent (50%) refund. Inside seven days, fees are generally non-refundable except where Hong Kong law requires otherwise or we cancel the programme.

Private mapping sessions

Private sessions may be rescheduled once without charge if you give at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice. Later cancellations or no-shows forfeit that session fee. Packages of three must be used within four months of purchase; unused sessions after that window are not refundable.

Mentorship

Mentorship fees cover a defined six-week window. If you withdraw before the first review cycle begins, you may receive a full refund. After the first written markup is delivered, refunds are prorated for unused weeks at our discretion, less work already completed. Materials prepared for your chart packs remain studio property.

Deposits

Deposits that hold Intensive or Clinic seats are non-refundable after seven days from payment unless we cancel the cohort. Deposits are applied to the programme fee on attendance.

Rescheduling by the studio

If we must move a session, we offer an alternate date. If no suitable date exists, you may transfer to a later cohort or receive a full refund of amounts paid for the affected programme.

No-shows

Failure to attend without notice is treated as a late cancellation. Missed Intensive evenings are not individually refundable; catch-up notes may be shared at instructor discretion.

Work already started & materials

Printed workbooks and chart packs distributed in class are non-returnable once handed out. Fees attributable to completed evenings or delivered markups are non-refundable.

Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days of written approval. Bank processing times may add several days.

Exceptions

Serious illness or bereavement documented in writing may allow goodwill credits toward a future cohort. Credits are non-transferable and expire twelve months from issue.
